Nabi menetapkan sumpah wajib bagi siapa yang tertuduh
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2312حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمِصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ يُعْطَى النَّاسُ بِدَعْوَاهُمْ ادَّعَى نَاسٌ دِمَاءَ رِجَالٍ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلَكِنْ الْيَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ
Narrated by [Harmalah bin Yahya Al Mishri], he said: Narrated by [Abdullah bin Wahb], narrated by [Ibnu Juraij] from [Ibnu Abu Mulaikah] from [Ibnu Abbas], that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'If people were given based on their claims, some would claim others’ blood and wealth. But the oath is upon the one claimed against.'
