Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Ibnu Majah : 1707حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ النَّارَ مِنْ وَجْهِهِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
Narrated by [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah], he said: Narrated by [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ibnu Abu Laila] from ['Atho`] from ['Aisyah], she said: I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: Whoever fasts three days each month and Ramadlan has fasted the entire year.
