Surat Rasulullah tentang diyat atas jiwa dan luka
Imam Nasa'i : 4774قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَالْكِتَابُ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ فِي الْعُقُولِ إِنَّ فِي النَّفْسِ مِائَةً مِنْ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا أُوعِيَ جَدْعًا مِائَةً مِنْ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ مِثْلُهَا وَفِي الْيَدِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي الْعَيْنِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي الرِّجْلِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي كُلِّ إِصْبَعٍ مِمَّا هُنَالِكَ عَشْرٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ
Narrated to us [Al Harith bin Miskin] by reading the history and I heard from [Ibnu Al Qasim] who told me [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amru bin Hazm] from [his father], he said : "The letter written by Rasulullah peace be upon him to 'Amru bin Hazm regarding diyat is: verily for the lives of a hundred camels, the nose if all a hundred camels are cut off, wounds that reach the brain a third, internal wounds like that (also a third), and for one hand fifty, one eye fifty, one foot fifty, and for every finger of ten camels, one tooth five and for wounds that reveal five bones."
