Anak zina adalah milik pemilik kasur (suami) dan (balasan) lelaki yang berzina adalah batu
Imam Bukhari : 2243حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاأَنَّ عَبْدَ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ وَسَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوْصَانِي أَخِي إِذَا قَدِمْتُ أَنْ أَنْظُرَ ابْنَ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَأَقْبِضَهُ فَإِنَّهُ ابْنِي وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ أَخِي وَابْنُ أَمَةِ أَبِي وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِ أَبِي فَرَأَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَهًا بَيِّنًا بِعُتْبَةَ فَقَالَ هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ
Narrated to us 'Abdullah bin Muhammad, narrated to us Sufyan, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), that 'Abd bin Zam'ah and Sa'dbin Abi Waqqas disputed before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the son of Zam'ah?s slave woman. Sa'dsaid: 'O Messenger of Allah, my brother instructed me to take the son of Zam'ah?s slave woman, as he is my son.' 'Abd bin Zam'ah said: 'My brother and the son of my father?s slave woman, born on my father?s bed.' The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a clear resemblance to 'Utbah and said: 'He is yours, O 'Abd bin Zam'ah. The child belongs to the bed, and the adulterer gets the stone. Veil yourself from him, O Sawdah.'
