Allah tidak menerima sedekah dari harta yang tidak halal
Imam Nasa'i : 2477أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الذَّارِعُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ وَأَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَاللَّفْظُ لِبِشْرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ
Narrated to us [Al Husain bin Muhammad Adz-Dzari'] he said :Narrated to us [Yazid bin Zurai'] he said : Having told us [the Shu'bah] he said :Narrated to us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] he said :Narrated to us [Bisyr bin Al Mufadhdhal] he said :Narrated to us [Syu'bah] and this lafadz belongs to Bisyr, from [Qatadah] from [Abu Al Malih] from [his father] he said : I heard Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam say: "Allah the Mighty and Majestic will not accept prayer without purification and will not accept zakat taken from stealing."
