Rasulullah menyerahkan kebun Khaibar kepada penduduknya untuk digarap dengan biaya mereka sendiri, dengan bagian separuh dari hasilnya

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَأَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَاوَأَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الْمَزَارِعَ كَانَتْ تُكْرَى عَلَى شَيْءٍ سَمَّاهُ نَافِعٌ لَا أَحْفَظُهُ وَأَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ وَقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَتَّى أَجْلَاهُمْ عُمَرُ

Narrated to us Musa bin Isma'il, narrated to us Juwairiyah bin Asma', from Nafi,, from 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the Jews of Khaybar the land to cultivate and farm, and they would receive half of its yield. Ibn 'Umar narrated to him that the farmland was leased for something Nafi, mentioned, but I forgot. Rafi' bin Khadij narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade leasing farmland (for purposes other than farming). 'Ubaidullah Sa'd from Nafi,, from Ibn 'Umar, until 'Umar expelled them.
