حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ فَمَنْ ابْتَاعَهَا بَعْدُ فَإِنَّهُ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْتَلِبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَصَاعَ تَمْرٍوَيُذْكَرُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ وَالْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ وَمُوسَى بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَاعَ تَمْرٍ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثًا وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ ثَلَاثًا وَالتَّمْرُ أَكْثَرُ

Narrated to us Ibn Bukair, narrated to us Al-Laith, from Ja'far bin Rabi'ah, from Al-A'raj, Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) Sa'd from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him: Do not withhold the milk of camels and goats. Whoever buys them afterward has the better of two options after milking them: if he wishes, he keeps them, and if he wishes, he returns them along with a sa' of dates. It is mentioned from Abu Salih, Mujahid, Al-Walid bin Rabah, and Musa bin Yasar, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him: a sa' of dates. Some of them Sa'd from Ibn Sirin: a sa' of food, and he has the option for three days. Others Sa'd from Ibn Sirin: a sa' of dates, without mentioning three days, and the narration mentioning dates alone is more common.
