Nabi melarang jual beli anak hewan yang masih dalam kandungan atau janin hewan yang belum lahir

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ وَكَانَ بَيْعًا يَتَبَايَعُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَزُورَ إِلَى أَنْ تُنْتَجَ النَّاقَةُ ثُمَّ تُنْتَجُ الَّتِي فِي بَطْنِهَا

Narrated to us Abdullah bin Yusuf, informed us Malik from Nafi, from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade the sale of the fetus in the womb of a camel, which was a sale practiced by the people of Jahiliyyah, where a man would buy what was in the womb of a camel until it gave birth, and then what was in the womb of its offspring.
