Rasulullah melarang menjual barang yang belum dimiliki

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلَا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ

Narrated to me Abu Al-Walid, narrated to us Shubah, narrated to us Abdullah bin Dinar, he said: I heard Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) say: The Prophet (peace be upon him) Sa'd 'Whoever buys food should not sell it until he takes possession of it.'
