Penjual dan pembeli berhak memilih meneruskan atau membatalkan akad selama keduanya belum berpisah (khiyar majlis)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ
Narrated to us 'Abdullah bin Yusuf, informed us Malik from Nafi, from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The two parties in a sale each have the option over the other as long as they have not parted, except in a sale of option.'
