Imam Bukhari : 1795حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ فِي رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ حُلْمٍ فَيَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ
Narrated to us Ahmad bin Shalih, narrated to us Ibn Wahab, narrated to us Yunus, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Urwah and Abu Bakr, 'Aisyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would be overtaken by dawn in Ramadan in a state of janabah without wet dreams, then he would bathe and fast.
