Haid setelah thawaf ifadhah
Imam Tirmidzi : 865حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْذَكَرْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ حَاضَتْ فِي أَيَّامِ مِنًى فَقَالَ أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ قَالُوا إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَا إِذًاقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا طَافَتْ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ فَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِرُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَقَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah] who said: 'I informed the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him that Shafiyyah binti Huyay menstruated during the days in Mina. Someone asked: Will this prevent us? The Companions replied: She has performed Tawaf Ifadah. The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: Then she does not prevent.' Abu Isa At Tirmidzi said: 'Similar hadiths are narrated from Ibnu Umar and Ibnu Abbas.' Abu 'Isa said: 'The hadith of 'Aisyah is hasan sahih and is the basis of practice for the scholars, that if a woman has performed Tawaf Ziyarah and then menstruates, she may leave Makkah and is free from any obligation. This is the view of Ats Tsauri, Syafi'i, Ahmad and Ishaq.'
