Kewajiban atas harta zakat, infaq, sedekah dan membelanjakan harta di jalan Allah
Imam Tirmidzi : 596حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْمَالِ حَقًّا سِوَى الزَّكَاةِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ إِسْنَادُهُ لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ وَأَبُو حَمْزَةَ مَيْمُونٌ الْأَعْوَرُ يُضَعَّفُ وَرَوَى بَيَانٌ وَإِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ قَوْلَهُ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ
Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman], informed us [Muhammad bin At Thufail] from [Syarik] from [Abu Hamzah] from ['Amir Asy Sya'bi] from [Fathimah binti Qais] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: "Indeed on wealth there is an obligation/right (to be paid) besides zakat." Abu 'Isa said, the chain of this hadith is not like the chain of the previous hadith and Abu Hamzah Maimun Al A'war is weak, [Bayan] and [Isma'il bin Salim] have narrated this hadith from [Asy Sya'bi], his statement that this chain is more sahih.
