Rasulullah perintahkan seseorang untuk mendatangi orang-orang yang tidak ikut shalat jama’ah lalu membakar rumah-rumah mereka dengan kayu bakar
Imam Tirmidzi : 201حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ فِتْيَتِي أَنْ يَجْمَعُوا حُزَمَ الْحَطَبِ ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَتُقَامَ ثُمَّ أُحَرِّقَ عَلَى أَقْوَامٍ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الصَّلَاةَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَمُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ وَجَابِرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ و قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ هَذَا عَلَى التَّغْلِيظِ وَالتَّشْدِيدِ وَلَا رُخْصَةَ لِأَحَدٍ فِي تَرْكِ الْجَمَاعَةِ إِلَّا مِنْ عُذْرٍ
Narrated to us [Hannad] he said: narrated to us [Waki'] from [Ja'far bin Burqan] from [Yazid bin Al Asham] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet (peace be upon him) he said: "I wish order youths gather firewood order prayer established burn houses of those not attending congregation." Abu Isa said: "In this chapter there is also a narration from Abdullah bin Mas'ud Abu Darda Ibnu Abbas Mu'adz bin Anas and Jabir." Abu Isa said: "Abu Hurairah's hadith is hasan sahih. Narrated from Companions many chains 'Whoever hears adhan not responds no prayer for him.' Some scholars say: 'Strongly emphasized no excuse leaving congregation except excuse.' [Mujahid] said: '[Ibnu Abbas] asked about man fasting day praying night not attending Friday congregation mosque?' he said 'He in Hell.' He said: "Narrated to us [Hannad] he said: narrated to us [Al Muharibi] from [AL Laits] from [Mujahid] he said: 'Meaning not attend Friday congregation hating reducing right.'"
