Imam Bukhari : 1535حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا طَافَ الطَّوَافَ الْأَوَّلَ خَبَّ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَى أَرْبَعًا وَكَانَ يَسْعَى بَطْنَ الْمَسِيلِ إِذَا طَافَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَقُلْتُ لِنَافِعٍ أَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَمْشِي إِذَا بَلَغَ الرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَ قَالَ لَا إِلَّا أَنْ يُزَاحَمَ عَلَى الرُّكْنِ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَدَعُهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَلِمَهُ
Narrated to us Muhammad bin Ubaid bin Maimun, narrated to us Isa bin Yunus from Ubaidullah bin Umar from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed the first thawaf, he jogged for three circuits and walked for four, and he performed sa'iy at the base of the valley between Safa and Marwah. I asked Nafi,: Did Abdullah walk when he reached the Yamani corner? He said: No, unless he was crowded at the Black Stone, for he would not leave it until he touched it.
