Rasulullah apabila bertakbir maka beliau mengangkat kedua tangannya hingga sejajar dengan kedua telinganya
Imam Abu Dawud : 640حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ الْبَرَاءِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى قَرِيبٍ مِنْ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودُحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ لَمْ يَقُلْ ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودُ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ قَالَ لَنَا بِالْكُوفَةِ بَعْدُ ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودُ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ هُشَيْمٌ وَخَالِدٌ وَابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ وَخَالِدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَأَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ بِهَذَا قَالَ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ فِي أَوَّلِ مَرَّةٍ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin As Shabah Al Bazzaz], narrated to us [Syarik] from [Yazid bin Abu Ziyad] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] from [Al Barra'], that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, began prayer, he raised his hands near his ears and did not repeat it. Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Muhammad Az Zuhri], narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Yazid], like Syarik’s hadith, but he did not say 'then he did not repeat it.' Sufyan said: He later said to us in Kufah, 'then he did not repeat it.' Abu Daud said: This hadith was also narrated by [Husyaim], [Khalid], and [Ibnu Idris] from [Yazid], but they did not mention 'then he did not repeat it.' Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Ali], narrated to us [Mu'awiyah], [Khalid bin 'Amru], and [Abu Hudzaifah], they said: Narrated to us [Sufyan] with this chain, saying: He raised his hands the first time, and some said, one time.
