Narrated by Al-Hasan bin Abdul Aziz, narrated by Yahya bin Hassan, narrated by Quraisy, he is Ibn Hayyan, from Tsabit, from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: We entered with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to Abu Saif Al-Qaiyn, who was the foster father of Ibrahim (peace be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took Ibrahim, kissed him, and smelled him. Later, we visited again when Ibrahim was dying. The eyes of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) shed tears. Abdurrahman bin Auf (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'Even you, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'O Ibn Auf, this is mercy.' Then, with more tears, he said: 'The eyes shed tears, the heart grieves, but we only say what pleases our Lord. Indeed, we are saddened by your departure, O Ibrahim.' Narrated by Musa, from Sulaiman bin Al-Mughirah, from Tsabit, from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
