Beliau memakai pakaian merah, dan tidak ada yang lebih tampan dari beliau
Imam Abu Dawud : 3651حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَمَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ذِي لِمَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَادَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ لَهُ شَعْرٌ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد كَذَا رَوَاهُ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ قَالَ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِ و قَالَ شُعْبَةُ يَبْلُغُ شَحْمَةَ أُذُنَيْهِ
Narrated to us[Abdullah bin Maslamah] and [Muhammad bin Sulayman Al-Anbari], both said: narrated to us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al-Bara'], who said: "I have never seen anyone with long hair more handsome when wearing red garments than the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." [Muhammad bin Sulayman] added: "He had hair reaching his shoulders." Abu Dawud said: "Thus ['Isra'il] narrated it from [Abu Ishaq], saying: '(His hair) to his shoulders.' While Shu'bah narrated: 'To his earlobes.'"
