Imam Muslim : 4298و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ح و حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ أَنَسٌ مَا شَمَمْتُ عَنْبَرًا قَطُّ وَلَا مِسْكًا وَلَا شَيْئًا أَطْيَبَ مِنْ رِيحِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا مَسِسْتُ شَيْئًا قَطُّ دِيبَاجًا وَلَا حَرِيرًا أَلْيَنَ مَسًّا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
"And narrated to us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] Narrated to us [Ja'far bin Sulaiman] from [Tsabit] from [Anas] Likewise narrated through another chain, And narrated to me [Zuhair bin Harb], and this is his wording Narrated to us [Hasyim], that is Ibnu Al Qasim Narrated to us [Sulaiman], and he is Ibnu Al Mughirah, from [Tsabit], he said: [Anas] said: 'The musk and amber oil, or anything else I have smelled, nothing surpasses the fragrance of his body.' And I never touched anything, whether silk or otherwise, softer than the palm of his hand.'
