Edustava hadith
Beliau pernah menyuruh orang yang sedang ihram membunuh seekor ular ketika di Mina
Imam Muslim : 4149و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ مُحْرِمًا بِقَتْلِ حَيَّةٍ بِمِنًى و حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَارٍ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ وَأَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ
Narrated to us [Abu Kuraib] Narrated to us [Hafsh], namely Ibnu Ghiyats Narrated to us [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from ['Abdillah] that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, ordered someone in ihram to kill a snake while in Mina. Narrated to us ['Umar bin Hafsh bin Ghiyats] Narrated to us [my father] Narrated to us [Al A'masy] Narrated to me [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from ['Abdullah], he said: 'When we were with the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, in a cave… and so on, similar to the hadith of Jarir and Abu Mu'awiyah.'
