Wanita ikut berperang bersama Nabi untuk mengobati yang terluka, dan mereka diberi bagian dari ghanimah sekadarnya
Imam Muslim : 3377حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلَالٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ أَنَّ نَجْدَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ خَمْسِ خِلَالٍ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَوْلَا أَنْ أَكْتُمَ عِلْمًا مَا كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ نَجْدَةُ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَأَخْبِرْنِي هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْزُو بِالنِّسَاءِ وَهَلْ كَانَ يَضْرِبُ لَهُنَّ بِسَهْمٍ وَهَلْ كَانَ يَقْتُلُ الصِّبْيَانَ وَمَتَى يَنْقَضِي يُتْمُ الْيَتِيمِ وَعَنْ الْخُمْسِ لِمَنْ هُوَ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ كَتَبْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْزُو بِالنِّسَاءِ وَقَدْ كَانَ يَغْزُو بِهِنَّ فَيُدَاوِينَ الْجَرْحَى وَيُحْذَيْنَ مِنْ الْغَنِيمَةِ وَأَمَّا بِسَهْمٍ فَلَمْ يَضْرِبْ لَهُنَّ وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَقْتُلُ الصِّبْيَانَ فَلَا تَقْتُلْ الصِّبْيَانَ وَكَتَبْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي مَتَى يَنْقَضِي يُتْمُ الْيَتِيمِ فَلَعَمْرِي إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَتَنْبُتُ لِحْيَتُهُ وَإِنَّهُ لَضَعِيفُ الْأَخْذِ لِنَفْسِهِ ضَعِيفُ الْعَطَاءِ مِنْهَا فَإِذَا أَخَذَ لِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ صَالِحِ مَا يَأْخُذُ النَّاسُ فَقَدْ ذَهَبَ عَنْهُ الْيُتْمُ وَكَتَبْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي عَنْ الْخُمْسِ لِمَنْ هُوَ وَإِنَّا كُنَّا نَقُولُ هُوَ لَنَا فَأَبَى عَلَيْنَا قَوْمُنَا ذَاكَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَإِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ حَاتِمِ بْنِ إِسْمَعِيلَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ أَنَّ نَجْدَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ خِلَالٍ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ حَاتِمٍ وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَقْتُلُ الصِّبْيَانَ فَلَا تَقْتُلْ الصِّبْيَانَ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ تَعْلَمُ مَا عَلِمَ الْخَضِرُ مِنْ الصَّبِيِّ الَّذِي قَتَلَ وَزَادَ إِسْحَقُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ حَاتِمٍ وَتُمَيِّزَ الْمُؤْمِنَ فَتَقْتُلَ الْكَافِرَ وَتَدَعَ الْمُؤْمِنَ
Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Maslamah bin Qa'nab], narrated to us [Sulaiman] - that is Ibn Bilal - from [Ja'far bin Muhammad], from [his father], from [Yazid bin Hurmuz], that Najdah once wrote a letter to [Ibn Abbas] asking about five matters. Ibn Abbas said, 'If I were not afraid of being accused of concealing knowledge, I would not have replied to his letter.' (The letter from Abdah): 'Amma Ba'd, please inform me, did women go to battle with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him? Were they also given spoils of war? Did he kill children? When does a child cease to be an orphan? And to whom is the one-fifth share of the spoils given?' Ibn Abbas replied, 'You asked me whether women fought alongside the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Yes, he went to battle with women. They treated the wounded and were given spoils of war as appropriate, but not a fixed share. And indeed, he never killed children, so refrain from killing children. You asked me when an orphan ceases to be an orphan. By the One who prolongs my life, some people grow beards but are still weak in managing themselves, unable to take or give for themselves. When they can manage themselves and handle their affairs like others, their orphanhood ends. You also asked about the one-fifth share of the spoils. We used to say it was for us (Bani Hashim), but our family objected to us.' Narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], both from [Hatim bin Isma'il], from [Ja'far bin Muhammad], from [his father], from [Yazid bin Hurmuz], that Najdah wrote to [Ibn Abbas] asking about these matters, as in the hadith of Sulaiman bin Bilal. But in Hatim's hadith, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never killed children, so do not kill children unless you know they are participating in the fight. And Ishaq mentioned in his hadith from Hatim, 'You can distinguish between the believer, then kill the disbeliever and spare the believer.'
