Kafarat Nadzar sama dengan kafarah sumpah
Imam Tirmidzi : 1448حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَفَّارَةُ النَّذْرِ إِذَا لَمْ يُسَمَّ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] said, narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Ayyasy] said, narrated to me [Muhammad], a freed slave of Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah, said, narrated to me [Ka'b bin Alqamah] from [Abul Khair] from [Uqbah bin Amir], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The expiation for a vow that is not specified is the expiation of an oath." Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is hasan sahih gharib.'"
