Makanan dengan makanan harus sebanding
Imam Muslim : 2982حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو ح و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ أَبَا النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ بُسْرَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ أَرْسَلَ غُلَامَهُ بِصَاعِ قَمْحٍ فَقَالَ بِعْهُ ثُمَّ اشْتَرِ بِهِ شَعِيرًا فَذَهَبَ الْغُلَامُ فَأَخَذَ صَاعًا وَزِيَادَةَ بَعْضِ صَاعٍ فَلَمَّا جَاءَ مَعْمَرًا أَخْبَرَهُ بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَعْمَرٌ لِمَ فَعَلْتَ ذَلِكَ انْطَلِقْ فَرُدَّهُ وَلَا تَأْخُذَنَّ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ فَإِنِّي كُنْتُ أَسْمَعُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الطَّعَامُ بِالطَّعَامِ مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ قَالَ وَكَانَ طَعَامُنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ الشَّعِيرَ قِيلَ لَهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمِثْلِهِ قَالَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يُضَارِعَ
Narrted to us by [Harun bin Ma'ruf], Narrted to us by [Abdullah bin Wahb], informed me ['Amru]. In another chain, narrated to me [Abu Thahir], informed us [Ibn Wahb] from ['Amru bin Harits] that [Abu An Nadlr] narrated that [Busr bin Sa'id] narrated from [Ma'mar bin Abdullah], that he sent his servant with one sha' of flour, saying, 'Sell this and exchange it for coarse wheat.' The servant went and took more than one sha' of wheat. When Ma'mar came, he informed him, and Ma'mar said, 'Why did you do that? Go and return the wheat, do not take it except with equal measure. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Food for food must be equal." Ma'mar added, "At that time, our food was wheat." It was said to him, "But they are not the same type?" He replied, "I fear it may approach usury."'
