Larangan menjual kembali bahan makanan sebelum dipindahkan dari tempat pembelian (qabdh)
Imam Nasa'i : 4521أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُأَمَّا الَّذِي نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَتَّى يُسْتَوْفَى الطَّعَامُ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Thawus] from [Thawus], he said : "I heard [Ibn Abbas] say; "What the Prophet peace be upon him forbade from selling until it was taken was food."
