Larangan orang kota menjadi makelar bagi orang desa
Imam Tirmidzi : 1143حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ طَلْحَةَ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَنَسٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَحَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزْنِيِّ جَدِّ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَرَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] and [Ahmad bin Mani'] both said: Narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyib] from [Abu Hurairah], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said. Qutaibah said: Chain to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: A city dweller should not sell for a villager." He said: In this matter, there are similar hadiths from Thalhah, Jabir, Anas, Ibnu Abbas, Hakim bin Abu Yazid from his father, Amru bin 'Auf Al Muzni grandfather of Katsir bin Abdullah, and a companion of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him."
