حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ وَإِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْجَاءَتْ امْرَأَةُ رِفَاعَةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رِفَاعَةَ فَطَلَّقَنِي فَبَتَّ طَلَاقِي فَتَزَوَّجْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الزَّبِيرِ وَمَا مَعَهُ إِلَّا مِثْلُ هُدْبَةِ الثَّوْبِ فَقَالَ أَتُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَرْجِعِي إِلَى رِفَاعَةَ لَا حَتَّى تَذُوقِي عُسَيْلَتَهُ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَكِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَنَسٍ وَالرُّمَيْصَاءِ أَوْ الْغُمَيْصَاءِ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ عَامَّةِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لِلزَّوْجِ الْأَوَّلِ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ جَامَعَ الزَّوْجُ الْآخَرُ

Narrated to us [Ibnu Abu Umar] and [Ishaq bin Manshur], they said: Narrated to us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from [Aisyah], she said: 'The wife of Rifa'ah Al Quradli came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. She said: I was Rifa'ah's wife he divorced me irrevocably. Then I married Abdurrahman bin Zubair, but he is like the fringe of a garment (impotent)." He asked: "Do you wish to return to Rifa'ah? Do not do so until you taste his honey and he tastes yours (consummate)." (Abu Isa At Tirmidzi) said: 'A hadith with similar meaning is narrated from Umar, Anas, Rumaisha or Ghumaisha, and Abu Hurairah.' Abu Isa said: 'The hadith of Aisyah is a hasan sahih hadith. Most scholars among the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and others hold that if a man divorces his wife thrice, then she marries another man who divorces her before consummation, she is not lawful to the first husband if not consummated by the second.'"
