Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menikahi Maimunah padahal beliau sedang ihram
Imam Tirmidzi : 770حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ قَالَتَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَكُنْتُ أَنَا الرَّسُولَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمَاقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا أَسْنَدَهُ غَيْرَ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ وَرَوَى مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ مُرْسَلًا قَالَ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ مُرْسَلًا قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَرُوِي عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ هُوَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] informed us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Mathar Al-Warraq] from [Rabi'ah bin Abu Abdurrahman] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Abu Rafi'] who said: 'The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him married Maimunah while in a halal state (not in ihram) and I was the intermediary between them.' Abu 'Isa said: 'This is a hasan hadith. We do not know anyone who connected its chain except Hammad bin Zaid from Mathar Al-Warraq from Rabi'ah. [Malik bin Anas] narrated from [Rabi'ah] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar]: that the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him married Maimunah while already halal. Malik narrated this hadith in mursal form. (Abu Isa At-Tirmidzi) said: '[Sulaiman bin Bilal] also narrated this hadith from [Rabi'ah] in mursal form.' Abu 'Isa said: 'It is also narrated from [Yazid Al-Asham] from [Maimunah] who said: 'The Prophet peace and blessings be upon him married me while already halal.' Yazid bin Al-Asham is the nephew of Maimunah.'
