Wahai Rasulullah, aku telah berburu keledai liar dan aku masih menyisakan dagingnya, maka beliau berkata, makanlah, padahal saat itu mereka sedang berihram
Imam Tirmidzi : 776حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَأَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِبَعْضِ طَرِيقِ مَكَّةَ تَخَلَّفَ مَعَ أَصْحَابٍ لَهُ مُحْرِمِينَ وَهُوَ غَيْرُ مُحْرِمٍ فَرَأَى حِمَارًا وَحْشِيًّا فَاسْتَوَى عَلَى فَرَسِهِ فَسَأَلَ أَصْحَابَهُ أَنْ يُنَاوِلُوهُ سَوْطَهُ فَأَبَوْا فَسَأَلَهُمْ رُمْحَهُ فَأَبَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَأَخَذَهُ ثُمَّ شَدَّ عَلَى الْحِمَارِ فَقَتَلَهُ فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَى بَعْضُهُمْ فَأَدْرَكُوا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلُوهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا هِيَ طُعْمَةٌ أَطْعَمَكُمُوهَا اللَّهُحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ فِي حِمَارِ الْوَحْشِ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي النَّضْرِ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ هَلْ مَعَكُمْ مِنْ لَحْمِهِ شَيْءٌ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] from [Malik bin Anas] from [Abu Nadhr] from [Nafi'], the freed slave of Abu Qatadah, from [Abu Qatadah] that he set out with the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him when reaching one of the roads in Makkah, he fell behind with some companions who were in ihram. But he was not in ihram, then saw a wild donkey. So he mounted his horse and asked his companions to hand him his whip. But they refused. Then he asked for his spear, but they also refused. So he took it himself and killed the donkey. Some companions of the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him ate it and some refused. When they met the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him, they asked him. He replied: 'It is only food that Allah has given you.' Narrated to us [Qutaibah] from [Malik] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from ['Atha' bin Yasar] from [Abu Qatadah] regarding the wild donkey like the hadith of Abu Nadhr, but in the hadith of Zaid bin Aslam, the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: 'Do any of you still have some of that meat?' Abu 'Isa said: 'This is a hasan sahih hadith.'
