Rasulullah memerintahkan mengqadha shalat yang terlupa ketika telah ingat
Imam Malik : 22حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ قَفَلَ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ أَسْرَى حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ عَرَّسَ وَقَالَ لِبِلَالٍ اكْلَأْ لَنَا الصُّبْحَ وَنَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ وَكَلَأَ بِلَالٌ مَا قُدِّرَ لَهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَنَدَ إِلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُقَابِلُ الْفَجْرِ فَغَلَبَتْهُ عَيْنَاهُ فَلَمْ يَسْتَيْقِظْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا بِلَالٌ وَلَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ الرَّكْبِ حَتَّى ضَرَبَتْهُمْ الشَّمْسُ فَفَزِعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ بِلَالٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخَذَ بِنَفْسِي الَّذِي أَخَذَ بِنَفْسِكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اقْتَادُوا فَبَعَثُوا رَوَاحِلَهُمْ وَاقْتَادُوا شَيْئًا ثُمَّ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَالًا فَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصُّبْحَ ثُمَّ قَالَ حِينَ قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ مَنْ نَسِيَ الصَّلَاةَ فَلْيُصَلِّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَقُولُ فِي كِتَابِهِ{ أَقِمْ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي }
It was narrated to me by Yahya, from Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn Al-Musayyab, that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) returned from Khaybar, he traveled until late at night, then stopped to rest (camped). He said to Bilal: "Guard the dawn for us (wake us up)." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and his companions slept, and Bilal kept watch as long as he could. Then he leaned against his mount facing the dawn, and his eyes overcame him (he fell asleep). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), Bilal, and none of the riders woke up until the sun struck them (they woke up late). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was startled and said: "Bilal!" Bilal said: "O Messenger of Allah! The same thing that happened to you happened to me." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Move the mounts!" So they urged their mounts and moved a little. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordered Bilal and he called the Iqamah (call to commence prayer). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prayed Subh with them. When he finished the prayer, he said: "Whoever forgets the prayer, let him pray it when he remembers it. Indeed, Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, says in His Book: 'Establish prayer for My remembrance.'
