Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melaksanakan shalat jum'at ketika matahari sudah tergelincir
Imam Tirmidzi : 462حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْجُمُعَةَ حِينَ تَمِيلُ الشَّمْسُحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ وَجَابِرٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَجْمَعَ عَلَيْهِ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ وَقْتَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا زَالَتْ الشَّمْسُ كَوَقْتِ الظُّهْرِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَقَ وَرَأَى بَعْضُهُمْ أَنَّ صَلَاةَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا صُلِّيَتْ قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ أَنَّهَا تَجُوزُ أَيْضًا و قَالَ أَحْمَدُ وَمَنْ صَلَّاهَا قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَرَ عَلَيْهِ إِعَادَةً
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'], narrated to us [Suraij bin Nu'man], narrated to us [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Utsman bin Abdurrahman At Taimi] from [Anas bin Malik] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed Friday prayer when the sun began to decline. Narrated to us [Yahya bin Musa], narrated to us [Abu Daud At Thayalisi], narrated to us [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Utman bin Abdurrahman At Taimi] from [Anas] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, like the hadith above. (Narrator) said, in this chapter (there is also narration from) from Salamah bin Al Akwa', Jabir and Zubair bin 'Awwam. Abu Isa said, Anas's hadith is hasan sahih hadith, this hadith is also used as a basis by the people of knowledge that the time for Friday is when the sun begins to decline, like the time for dhuhr, as the statement of Syafi'i, Ahmad and Ishaq. Some others hold that Friday prayer can be performed before the sun declines, Ahmad also said, whoever performs Friday prayer before the sun declines then it is not obligatory for him to repeat it.
