Dengan membawa sedekah, beliau lalu mendo'akannya ALLAHUMMA SHALLI 'ALAIHIM
Imam Bukhari : 1402حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَاهُ قَوْمٌ بِصَدَقَتِهِمْ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ فُلَانٍ فَأَتَاهُ أَبِي بِصَدَقَتِهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى
Narrated by Hafsh bin 'Umar, narrated by Shubah, from 'Amr, from 'Abdullah bin Abu Awfaa, he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to, when a people brought their charity to him, pray: 'O Allah, send blessings upon the family of so-and-so.' My father came to him with his charity, and he prayed: 'O Allah, send blessings upon the family of Abu Awfaa.'
