Keringanan tayamum bagi orang yang terluka atau sakit agar tidak membahayakan nyawanya
Imam Ibnu Majah : 565حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعِشْرِينِ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُخْبِرُأَنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَهُ جُرْحٌ فِي رَأْسِهِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ أَصَابَهُ احْتِلَامٌ فَأُمِرَ بِالِاغْتِسَالِ فَاغْتَسَلَ فَكُزَّ فَمَاتَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمْ اللَّهُ أَوَلَمْ يَكُنْ شِفَاءَ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالُ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ وَبَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ غَسَلَ جَسَدَهُ وَتَرَكَ رَأْسَهُ حَيْثُ أَصَابَهُ الْجِرَاحُ
Narrated Hisyam bin 'Ammar, narrated Abdul Hamid bin Hubaib bin Abu Al Isyrin, narrated Al Auza'i from 'Atho` bin Abu Rabah: I heard Ibnu 'Abbas say, 'A man during the time of Rasulullah (peace be upon him) had a head wound and became junub. Ordered to bathe, he did, worsening his wound, and died. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, They killed him may Allah curse them. Is not the cure for ignorance to ask?" 'Atho` said "We heard Rasulullah (peace be upon him) say 'He should have washed his body leaving his wounded head.'"
