Puasa pada hari 'asyura`, aku memohon kepada allah agar puasa tersebut bisa menghapus dosa setahun sebelumnya
Imam Nasa'i : 2332أَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ الْحُرِّ بْنِ صَيَّاحٍ عَنْ هُنَيْدَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَتْ حَدَّثَتْنِي بَعْضُ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ وَتِسْعًا مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ وَثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ الشَّهْرِ أَوَّلَ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ الشَّهْرِ وَخَمِيسَيْنِ
Having informed me [Zakaria bin Yahya] he said :Narrated to us [Shaibah] he said :Narrated to us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Al Hurr bin Shayyah] from [Hunaidah bin Khalid] from [his wife], he said : "I have told me some of the wives of the Prophet peace be upon him, that he fasted on the day of Ashura, nine days of the month of Dzulhijjah and three days every month, the first Monday of each month and two Thursdays."
