Perempuan boleh berhaji tanpa jihad, karena haji adalah jihad mereka
Imam Bukhari : 1423حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ أَخْبَرَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّهَا قَالَتْيَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَرَى الْجِهَادَ أَفْضَلَ الْعَمَلِ أَفَلَا نُجَاهِدُ قَالَ لَا لَكِنَّ أَفْضَلَ الْجِهَادِ حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ
Narrated by 'Abdurrahman bin Al-Mubarak, narrated by Khalid, informed by Habib bin Abu 'Amrah, from 'Aishah bint Talhah, from 'Aishah, the Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: O Messenger of Allah, we consider jihad the best deed; should we not engage in jihad? He said: No, but the best jihad for you (women) is an accepted Hajj.
