Setan selalu bersama manusia ketika marah, maka berlindunglah kepada Allah ketika emosi
Imam Tirmidzi : 3374حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَاسْتَبَّ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى عُرِفَ الْغَضَبُ فِي وَجْهِ أَحَدِهِمَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُ كَلِمَةً لَوْ قَالَهَا لَذَهَبَ غَضَبُهُ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ مَاتَ مُعَاذٌ فِي خِلَافَةِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَقُتِلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى غُلَامٌ ابْنُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ هَكَذَا رَوَى شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَقَدْ رَوَى عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَرَآهُ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُكْنَى أَبَا عِيسَى وَأَبُو لَيْلَى اسْمُهُ يَسَارٌ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ أَدْرَكْتُ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] narrated to us [Qabishah] informed us [Sufyan] from [Abdul Malik bin 'Umair] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] from [Mu'adz bin Jabal radliallahu 'anhu] he said: there were two people insulting each other in the presence of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, until anger was seen on the face of one of them, then the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Indeed I know a statement that if he says it then his anger would go away, namely: A'UUDZU BILLAAHI MINASYSYAITHAANIRRAJIIM (I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan). And in that chapter there are narrations from Sulaiman bin Shard. Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] narrated to us [Abdurrahman] from [Sufyan] with this chain like that hadith, and this hadith is mursal. Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila did not hear from Mu'adz bin Jabal. Mu'adz died during the caliphate of Umar bin Al Khathab, and Umar was killed while Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila was a child of six years. Thus Syu'bah narrated from Al Hakam from Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila. And Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila narrated from Umar bin Al Khathab and saw him. Abdurrahman was given kunyah Abu Isa, while Abu Laila his name is Yasar. And it has been narrated from Ibnu Abu Laila, he said: I met one hundred twenty Ansar from the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him."
