Rasulullah memerintahkan umatnya untuk tidak membiarkan wasiat tanpa tertulis
Imam Tirmidzi : 896حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
I ne ga dito [Ishaq bin Mansur], i ne ga dito che [Abdullah bin Numair] el ne ga dito ['Ubaidullah bin Umar] da [Nafi'] da [Ibn Umar] che el Messaggero de Allah (pace e benedission de Allaah sia su de lu) el ga dito: 'No xe giusto che un musulman el passe do noti consecutive quando che el ga da morir calcossa a meno che el testamento no sia obligatorio par lu'. -Abu Isa At Tirmidhi- el ga dito; “L’hadith pì inportante el xe stà contà da Ibn Abu Aufa”. Abu 'Isa el ga dito; 'L'hadith de Ibn Umar è un hadith autentico hasan'.
