Warisan anak zina menempati kedudukan anaknya wanita berbuat li'an
Imam Darimi : 2974أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَا وَلَدُ الزِّنَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ
Narrated to us [Abu Nu'aim] Narrated to us [Sharik] from [Muhammad bin Salim] from [Ash Sha'bi] from [Ali] and [Abdullah] both said:The inheritance of the child of adultery occupies the position of the child of the woman affected by li'an.
