Bolehnya menikah tanpa syahadat
Imam Abu Dawud : 1810حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَدَلُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ ابْنَ أَخِي شُعَيْبٍ الرَّازِيِّ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ قَالَخَطَبْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَأَنْكَحَنِي مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَتَشَهَّدَ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Badal bin Al Muhabbar], informed us [Syu'bah] from [Al 'Ala`] nephew of Syu'aib Ar Razi from [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] from [a man from Bani Sulaim], he said I proposed to Umamah binti Abdul Muththalib to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) then he married me without him pronouncing the shahadah.
