Tidak boleh seorang istri berpuasa sunnah tanpa izin suaminya
Imam Tirmidzi : 713حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ وَنَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَصُومُ الْمَرْأَةُ وَزَوْجُهَا شَاهِدٌ يَوْمًا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] and [Nashr bin 'Ali] said; narrated to us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Al A'raj] [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) he said: 'A woman should not fast sunnah in the presence of her husband except with his permission.' (Abu 'Isa At Tirmidzi) said; 'Similar hadiths are narrated from Ibn 'Abbas and Abu Sa'id.' Abu 'Isa said; 'The hadith of Abu Hurairah is a hasan sahih hadith. This hadith is also narrated from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Musa bin Abu 'Utsman] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).'
