Jauhilah segala macam minuman yang telah berfermentasi
Imam Nasa'i : 5607أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ عَطِشَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَوْلَ الْكَعْبَةِ فَاسْتَسْقَى فَأُتِيَ بِنَبِيذٍ مِنْ السِّقَايَةِ فَشَمَّهُ فَقَطَّبَ فَقَالَ عَلَيَّ بِذَنُوبٍ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ أَحَرَامٌ هُوَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ لَا وَهَذَا خَبَرٌ ضَعِيفٌ لِأَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ يَمَانٍ انْفَرَدَ بِهِ دُونَ أَصْحَابِ سُفْيَانَ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِحَدِيثِهِ لِسُوءِ حِفْظِهِ وَكَثْرَةِ خَطَئِهِ
Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Isma'il bin Sulaiman] he said : [Yahya bin Yaman] Narrated to us from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Khalid bin Sa'd] from [Abu Mas'ud] who said, "The Prophet peace be upon him felt thirsty while he was near the Ka'bah, so he asked for drinking water. He was given the Prophet's juice from a drinking vessel, he then smelled the vessel and frowned. He said: "Give me a bucket of Zamzam water," then he poured it into the juice and drank it. A man then asked, "O Messenger of Allah, is that juice forbidden?" He replied: "No." This is a weak hadith. Because Yahya bin Yaman narrated it himself without the companions of Sufyan. And the hadith of Yahya bin Yaman cannot be used as evidence because his memorization was bad, and he had many mistakes."
