Rasulullah pernah mengambil jizyah orang Majusi Hajar
Imam Bukhari : 2923حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرًا قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ فَحَدَّثَهُمَا بَجَالَةُ سَنَةَ سَبْعِينَ عَامَ حَجَّ مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ بِأَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ عِنْدَ دَرَجِ زَمْزَمَ قَالَ كُنْتُ كَاتِبًا لِجَزْءِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَمِّ الْأَحْنَفِفَأَتَانَا كِتَابُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِسَنَةٍ فَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ كُلِّ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مِنْ الْمَجُوسِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ عُمَرُ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنْ الْمَجُوسِ حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ
[Ali bin Abdullah] díxonos que [Sufyan] dixo que oín ['Amar] dicir: "Unha vez senteime con Jabir bin Zaid e Amru bin Aus, entón [Bajalah] contoulles sobre un incidente no ano setenta cando Mush'ab bin Az Zubair realizou o Hajj xunto coa xente de Basrah. Cando estaba xunto á auga de Zamzam, el -Bajalah- dixo: "Son o escriba de Jaz'i bin Muawiyah, tío de Al Ahnaf". Entón chegou unha carta de instrucións de [Umar bin Al Khaththab] antes da súa morte que contiña: "Separade a todos os que teñen un mahram dos Reis Magos". E Umar nunca tomara a jizyah (tributo) dos Reis Magos ata entón 'Abdur Rahman bin 'Auf veu a testemuñar que Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam tomara algunha vez a jizyah dos Reis Magos Hajar".
