Tidak sah berkurban dengan hewan yang cacat, pincang, sakit, atau kurus
Imam Nasa'i : 4293أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى بَنِي أَسَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضَّحَّاكِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ مَوْلَى بَنِي شَيْبَانَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِلْبَرَاءِحَدِّثْنِي عَمَّا نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْأَضَاحِيِّ قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيَدِي أَقْصَرُ مِنْ يَدِهِ فَقَالَ أَرْبَعٌ لَا يَجُزْنَ الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ ظَلْعُهَا وَالْكَسِيرَةُ الَّتِي لَا تُنْقِي قُلْتُ إِنِّي أَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي الْقَرْنِ نَقْصٌ وَأَنْ يَكُونَ فِي السِّنِّ نَقْصٌ قَالَ مَا كَرِهْتَهُ فَدَعْهُ وَلَا تُحَرِّمْهُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ
Narrated to us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud], he said : has told us [Khalid] from [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman bin Abdurrahman, a slave of Bani Asad] from [Abu Adh Dhuha 'Ubaid bin Fairuz, a slave of Bani Syaiban], he said : I said to [Al Barra`]; Tell me about what the Prophet peace be upon him prohibited from sacrificial animals! He said : Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam stood up and my hand was shorter than his, then he said: "Four qualities are insufficient, namely; blindness in one eye which is clearly blind, sick which is clearly painful, limping which is clearly lame, and broken legs which have no marrow." I say; I don't like that the horns have defects, and the teeth have small pox. He said : What you don't like then leave it and don't make it forbidden for anyone.
