Bersahurlah walau hanya dengan seteguk air
Imam Ahmad : 10664حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ السَّحُورُ أَكْلُهُ بَرَكَةٌ فَلَا تَدَعُوهُ وَلَوْ أَنْ يَجْرَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ جُرْعَةً مِنْ مَاءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى الْمُتَسَحِّرِينَ
Narrated to us [Isma'il] from [Hisyam Ad Dustuwa`i] said: Narrated to us [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] from [Rifa'ah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] said: The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: "eating sahur is a blessing, so do not leave it even if one of you only drinks a sip of water, because indeed Allah 'The Mighty and Majestic and His angels give blessings to those who eat sahur.
