Puasa dan Al-Qur’an akan memberi syafaat bagi seorang hamba pada hari kiamat
Imam Ahmad : 6337حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ حُيَيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الصِّيَامُ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَشْفَعَانِ لِلْعَبْدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَقُولُ الصِّيَامُ أَيْ رَبِّ مَنَعْتُهُ الطَّعَامَ وَالشَّهَوَاتِ بِالنَّهَارِ فَشَفِّعْنِي فِيهِ وَيَقُولُ الْقُرْآنُ مَنَعْتُهُ النَّوْمَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَشَفِّعْنِي فِيهِ قَالَ فَيُشَفَّعَانِ
Narrated to us [Musa bin Dawud] Narrated to us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Huyai bin Abdullah] from [Abu Abdurrahman Al Hubuli] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Salam said: "Fasting and the Qur'an will later on the Day of Resurrection intercede for a servant. Fasting says: O Lord, I have restrained him from food and lust during the day, then let me intercede for him. And the Qur'an says: I have restrained him from sleeping at night, so let me intercede for him. He continued his words: then they both (fasting and the Qur'an) finally interceded for him.
