Larangan wanita meminta cerai untuk nafkah yang lebih banyak, karena itu takdir
Imam Bukhari : 4755حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ زَكَرِيَّاءَ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تَسْأَلُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَفْرِغَ صَحْفَتَهَا فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا قُدِّرَ لَهَا
Narrated to us Ubaidullah bin Musa from Zakariya, he is Ibn Abu Za'idah, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said, "It is not permissible for a woman to ask for the divorce of her sister (co-wife) to gain more provision for herself. Indeed, she has what is decreed for her.
