Tinggi beliau tidak melebihi batas tinggi ideal, tidak terlalu tinggi dan tidak terlalu pendek
Imam Tirmidzi : 1676حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَبْعَةً لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ حَسَنَ الْجِسْمِ أَسْمَرَ اللَّوْنِ وَكَانَ شَعْرُهُ لَيْسَ بِجَعْدٍ وَلَا سَبْطٍ إِذَا مَشَى يَتَوَكَّأُقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَالْبَرَاءِ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَوَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ وَأُمِّ هَانِئٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ حُمَيْدٍ
Narrated to us [Humaid bin Mas'adah] said, narrated to us [Abdul Wahhab Ats Tsaqafi] from [Humaid] from [Anas], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was of medium height, neither tall nor short, with a well-proportioned body and a brownish complexion. His hair was neither curly nor straight, and he walked upright.' Abu Isa said: 'In this matter, there are also hadiths from Aisyah, Al Bara, Abu Hurairah, Ibnu Abbas, Abu Sa'id, Jabir, Wail bin Hujr, and Ummu Hani.' Abu Isa said: 'The hadith of Anas from Humaid is hasan sahih gharib through this chain.'
