Shalat ketika ingat: barangsiapa lupa shalat, hendaklah tunaikan ketika ingat, tidak ada kaffarat atas shalatnya selain menunaikanya
Imam Tirmidzi : 163حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ وَبِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ نَسِيَ صَلَاةً فَلْيُصَلِّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَاوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سَمُرَةَ وَأَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَيُرْوَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَنْسَى الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ يُصَلِّيهَا مَتَى مَا ذَكَرَهَا فِي وَقْتٍ أَوْ فِي غَيْرِ وَقْتٍ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَإِسْحَقَ وَيُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّهُ نَامَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ فَاسْتَيْقَظَ عِنْدَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ حَتَّى غَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ إِلَى هَذَا وَأَمَّا أَصْحَابُنَا فَذَهَبُوا إِلَى قَوْلِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] and [Bisyr bin Mu'adz] they said: narrated to us [Abu Awanah] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever forgets a prayer let him pray when he remembers.'" He said: "In this chapter there is also a narration from Samrah and Abu Qatadah." Abu Isa said: "The hadith of Anas is hasan sahih." It is narrated from Ali bin Abu Thalib that he said about one who forgets prayer he said: "Let him pray whenever he remembers whether in time or out." This is the view of Syafi'i Ahmad bin Hambal and Ishaq. It is narrated from Abu Bakrah that he slept missing 'Asr and awoke after sunset so he did not pray until the sun set. Some Kufans hold this our companions follow what Ali bin Abu Thalib (may Allah be pleased with him) practiced.
