Larangan menyiksa dengan api karena merupakan hak khusus Allah SWT, serta ralat Nabi SAW terhadap perintah eksekusi dua musuh
Imam Bukhari : 2793حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَبَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَعْثٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا فَأَحْرِقُوهُمَا بِالنَّارِ ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ أَرَدْنَا الْخُرُوجَ إِنِّي أَمَرْتُكُمْ أَنْ تُحْرِقُوا فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا وَإِنَّ النَّارَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ بِهَا إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمَا فَاقْتُلُوهُمَا
O n’à dito che [o Qutaibah bin Sa’id] o n’à dito [o Al Laits] da-o [Bukair] da-o [Sulaiman bin Yasar] da-o [Abu Hurairah radliallahu ‘anhu] ch’o l’à dito; O Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam o n'à mandou à mandâ de truppe, donca o l'à dito: 'Se attrovi fòllo e fòllo aloa bruxâli tutti doî co-o feugo'. Dapeu o Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam o l'à dito quande s'é apreuvo à anâsene – o giorno apreuvo -: «De fæto ò t'ò ordenou de bruxâ quello e quello e de fæto nisciun o l'à o permisso de tormentâ co-o feugo feua che Allah... Donca, se î attrovi tutti doî, ammassâli tutti doî».
