Tafsir An-Nisa' (4);127 & 6 - keadilan dan ujian kedewasaan anak yatim
Imam Bukhari : 2559حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا{ وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ }قَالَتْ أُنْزِلَتْ فِي وَالِي الْيَتِيمِ أَنْ يُصِيبَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مُحْتَاجًا بِقَدْرِ مَالِهِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
It has been narrated to us by 'Ubaid bin Isma'il, who narrated from Abu Usamah, from Hisham, from his father, from 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, regarding the verse: 'And whoever is rich should refrain, and whoever is poor may use it reasonably' (An-Nisa 6). She said: 'It was revealed concerning the guardian of an orphan who, if in need, may take from the orphan's wealth reasonably according to its amount.'
