Turunnya QS. Al-Baqarah: 125, Ayat Hijab, dan QS. At-Tahrim: 5 berkenaan dengan ucapan Umar bin Khaththab
Imam Tirmidzi : 2885حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُقُلْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ اتَّخَذْتَ مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى فَنَزَلَتْ{ وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى }قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] has told us [Husyaim] has told us [Humaid Ath Thawil] from [Anas] he said : [Umar bin Al Khaththab] radiallahu 'anhu said : I said to Rasulullah peace be upon him ; "If you make part of the maqam a place for prayer." Then the verse came down: "And make part of Ibrahim's maqam a place of prayer." QS Al-Baqarah: 125. Abu Isa said : This hadith is hasan sahih . In this case, there is a similar hadith from Ibn Umar.
